Suitland Parkway & Forestville Rd Intersection Improvements – Forestville, MD – (FHWA)

Contract Duration: 1 Year              Completion Date: 04/2020

Role in Project: Remote Project Management

Scope of Work: Install a new modern traffic signal system containing camera sensory systems to replace the existing traffic signal system in addition to various pedestrian improvements throughout the intersection. The intersection consisted of two separate intersections serving both east and west Suitland Parkway directions.

Project Outcome: Completed on time and under budget

 

Sneads Ferry Roadway Improvements – Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base, NC – (NAVFAC)

Contract Duration: 8 months         Completion Date: 7/11/2017

Role in Project: On-Site QC Management and SSHO Services

Scope of Work: Install new storm drainage structures throughout the length of the new roadway, widen the existing roadway from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane highway with a median and various turning lanes throughout. Roadway expansion contained two intersections with new traffic signaling devices.

Project Outcome: Completed under budget and on time

 

Waterfront Operations Facility SOF SDVT-1 – Pearl Harbor, HI – (NAVFAC)

Contract Duration: 1 Year              Completion Date: 07/2018

Role in Project: On-Site Quality Control Management

Scope of Work: Construction of a LEED Silver precast tilt-up 4,300 SF training facility, a 23,000 SF warehouse/locker-room facility for special operation forces, a 3,000 SF mechanical area addition to renovate the entire mechanical system for the new and existing 50,000+ SF facility; and renovation of 18,000 SF of existing facility space including the construction of an additional story within the existing warehouse facility. In addition to the new square footage and renovations; upgrades were made to the existing sewer pump station as well as all other associated underground utilities & site work.

Project Outcome: The clients were pleased with final result and all systems functioned as designed

 

Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest Roadway Repairs – Clam Lake, WI – (FHWA)

Contract Duration: 12 months       Completion Date: 08/2019

Role in Project: Remote Project Management

Scope of Work: The project administered by the Federal Highway Administration, consisted of the rehabilitation and reconstruction of numerous storm damaged roadways within the National Forest. The work included earthwork, roadway excavation and reconditioning, aggregate resurfacing, asphalt pavement removal and aggregate base replacement, Asphalt concrete pavement overlay, drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous work.

Project Outcome: Completed under budget and within the allotted schedule
