Our Story
Started in 2015, KM2 Construction was founded by Keilla and Paul Milby. KM2 began providing on-site Safety and Quality Control consulting services. We branched out into the residential flipping business for two years, all the while maintaining our presence in the Federal Construction world. KM2 eventually began providing remote management consulting services to various contractors that had procured federal construction projects and began pursuing federally funded projects of their own.
